Casa Grande, Arizona – The Casa Grande Regional Medical Center Auxiliary is offering up to five $1,000.00 scholarships for students legally residing in our service area. The applicant must reside in the area of western Pinal County served by Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. This scholarship application is offered to any graduating senior or current college student who plans to enroll or is enrolled in a vocational school, college, or university studying for a career in the health care field.

The Auxiliary is an organization with a dedicated membership of over 100 individuals and one of the oldest service organizations in Pinal County. These members provide volunteer hours to the hospital. The Casa Grande Regional Medical Center Auxiliary also sponsors charity events to provide funding for scholarships, including an annual Golf Tournament and proceeds from vendor sales. Each year, the Auxiliary also purchases approximately $70,000 of equipment to aid patient care in the hospital.

An application packet will be made available to any person seriously interested in the Health Care field. Forms may be obtained online at http://www.casagrandehospital.com/volunteer. Physical forms may be picked up from the Gift Shop or Human Resources at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center, 1800 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122 or from Connie Heron, CGRMC Auxiliary Scholarship Committee Chairperson.
