Fashion Bug: Will Be Missed

Customer service is almost certainly one of the best traits that any retail organization should possess. It is nice to walk into a shop and be greeted in a polite manner and be asked if you need any help because sometimes shopping is stressful. It is amazing when the staff of that shop is honest with how an item wears, fits, and looks on you.

Well, that is what customers have come to expect from Robin Triplett and her team at Fashion Bug in Casa Grande. Fashion Bug has been a staple of great customer service, a caring staff, and a wonderful shopping experience, but sadly will soon be closing their doors. On Monday, September 26, Fashion Bug will be closing up shop after almost 4 years.

“It has been a wonderful experience to work with the ladies of Casa Grande, be it customers or my girls,” said Robin Triplett, store manager of Fashion Bug. “Thank you to all who have supported me over the years. You all hold a special place in my heart and hopefully my next task will bring us together again.”

Fashion Bug has been open since 2008 and was one the first stores to open in The Promenade with Robin. Throughout the years, Robin has kept a family-friendly shopping experience. Robin and her staff make every woman feel welcome, listen to their needs, and fulfill them in a caring and friendly manner. If you were impressed, assisted, or just excited by the girls at Fashion Bug, then please stop by and tell the staff how much they have helped.

We live in an economic climate where businesses are failing and it takes loyal customers to stop that from happening, so please continue to shop locally at family-owned businesses and stores that make you feel happy when you walk in.
